On November 17th, 2021, within the framework of the transport week, a Memorandum was signed between ANO DITC, Logbox LLC and Jilin Northeast Asia Railway Group Railway Port Transport Co. Ltd. (LLC Railway and Sea Transport Company of the Railway Corporation "North-East Asia" of Jilin Province) on cooperation in the development of ITC "Primorye-1" and "Primorye-2". In accordance with the document, the parties agreed to attract a cargo base and increase the volume of cargo transportation along these corridors with the assistance of state and regional authorities through the Directorate.

The signatories were Alexey Petrov, General Director of ANO "DITC" of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation; CEO of Logbox LLC Alexander Kvitko and CEO of Jilin Northeast Asia Railway Group Railway Port Transport Co. Ltd. - Gao Ming.
